Shipping and Return Policy

– All shipments in Israel from Gedera to Hadera are free of charge.
– Works can be picked up from the studio – need to coordinate in advance.
– Delivery time will be determined by the purchased item (type, size, and customization)
– Cancelation is up to 14 days from the date of purchase.
– Return must be packed in the original packaging up to 21 days from the date of purchase.
– You have received the work with any defect, you must notify me within 24 hours of receiving the work.
– Credit will be given upon receipt of returned artwork without defect or damage, and at the discretion of Idit Matan.
– Customized order, the piece will be shipped only after your approval! However, you will not be able to return a custom creation. I'll do everything possible to get the best results.
– Shipping costs when returning a work will be at customer expense.
– Please note that shades and colors digital screens can be different from the original work.
– All artworks are original works and the rights are reserved to Idit Matan.
– Publication, reproduction, copy and distribution of works are prohibited without written Idit Matan permission.
